THE TREE OFFICE
A TREE-SHAPED STRUCTURE
We start from an empty space in an attic floor located in a Rafael de la Hoz building in Madrid. Its structure resembles the branches of a tree in the Toyo Ito style.
The client's needs program ranged from the design of a lay-out with the distribution of spaces, relocation of facilities, the design of offices, meeting rooms, open work areas, reception, furniture, bathrooms and kitchen.
COMPLETELY NATURAL MATERIALS
The challenge proposed by our client, the Bridgepoint Capital investment fund, considered adapting the project to the style of the building where it was located, adapting it to the environment.
Natural materials were used for this. Screens with a natural wood finish on the planes perpendicular to the facades and glass divisions on those parallel to it to favor the entry of light.
A VERY NICE WORK AREA
Cut vinyls were designed in white simulating the silhouette of a forest. Wide spaces adapted to the user's needs and a pleasant terrace overlooking the Paseo de la Castellana were created.
The final distribution includes a reception, three meeting rooms, 4 offices, an open work area, terrace and kitchen.
In the rooms there are state-of-the-art videoconferencing systems.
